ESG Mobility - Acquired by Cognizant (2021)
Built and led a new product division inside a 1,000-person automotive engineering consultancy. Grew from individual contributor to directing cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product development, customer support, and IT.
- Created three IoT and machine learning products that became ESG's competitive moat, directly contributing to Cognizant's acquisition of the company
- Partnered with the President of US Operations, CEO, CTO, and CFO - and VPs of Engineering across the US, Europe, and China - to drive product growth and open new service opportunities
